The cotton processing line is applicable for pre-cleaned medium and long staple seed cotton with moisture content being not more than 10% (the optimal moisture content is between 6% and 8%).

The processing line is genuine in China and is based on the patented technology in which by the pressurized floating connection system between rubber rolls and fixed knives automatically adjusts the gap between rubber rolls and fixed knives and automatically compensates the roll wear, to make ginning more efficient, better in quality and easier in  operation.
