Developed in light of foreign advanced cleaning & ginning process and technology for machine-picked cotton and based upon independent R & D activities, it is a new generation of unique cleaning & processing technology and equipment for machine-picked cotton.

The process & equipment, capable of cleaning both heavy foreign matters such as cotton bolls, shells, stems and stiff cotton and small foreign matters such as cotton leaves, motes and dust in the seed cotton, can improve the appearance and color and also, the quality of seed cotton, to ensure the quality of lint cotton processed and to raises the efficiency of ginning equipment. It is an ideal process and processing line for modern machine-picked cotton ginning.

Quality of lint processed meets or is better than the specification in related China National Standards.

Concentration of dust emitted into workshops and open air is lower than related provisions of China National Standards.
