Model 6MR160-10 Delinter

1.       With the automatic dual-cylinder feeding device, the ginned cottonseed feeding can be efficiently controlled.

2.       With the geometric shape of the work box reasonably designed and the chip plates made of stainless steel, the output of short fiber is raised.

3.       To delint different types of short fibers and to ensure more reasonable feeding, two types of specialized work boxes, one for #1 short fiber and the other for #2 and  #3 short fibers, are designed for the convenience of the clients.

4.       The delinter work box can be opened and closed automatically, which facilitates the assembly and disassembly of the saw cylinder and reduces the labor intensity.

 

Model 6MR200-10 Delinter

1.       The feeding device adopts the changeable frequency unit to regulate its speed. Feeding can be controlled automatically.

2.       Baesd on the optimized design of geometric shape of the work box, the short fiber output and cottonseed processing capacity per piece of saw are raised.

3.       The dual-cylinder automatic feeding device and the automatic door-opening mechanism are adopted. Trash removal is accomplished by magnetic clips to guarantee production safety.

4.       When the delinter is used together wit Model 168 big-capacity ginning line , the production cost can be lowered, and the clients, investment can be reduced.
