The Processing line consists of the automatic seed cotton feed section, the drying&seed cotton cleaning section, the ginning&lint cleaning section and the lint baling section.

  During processing, the seed cotton is thoroughly cleaned, its moisture content is effectively controlled, and the lint is well cleaned.

  There are three-way valves in the seed cotton drying section, the seed cotton cleaning section and the lint cleaning section section. Based upon the condition of raw cotton, the ginning process can be adjusted quickly, which both assures cotton quality and also reduces power consumption.

  In light of the characteristics of the hand-picked upland cotton, the design of the principal units of the line is optimized by the auxiliary units, such as the conveying section , are designed with great concentration , which gives full performance to their capabilities to maximize the economic returns of the line.

  The line shows flexible adaptability to seed cotton moisture content. With 8%to12%moisture, the seed cotton could be processed normally to produce quality lint with no need of being dried

   The equipments and the process allow the setting of both manual and automatic operation modes with centralized control. In the auto mode, not only the automatic feed control is realized for the principal machines but also self-adjusting control can be realized for the whole line according to the operation situation.
